Alma and Alea continue their collaboration as two light industrial properties are acquired in Greater Helsinki

Alma Property Partners (“Alma”) and Alea Partners (“Alea”) are continuing their successful collaboration through a new joint venture backed by Alma Property Partners IV. The joint venture has completed its first two acquisitions, comprising logistics and light industrial properties in Vantaa and Tuusula.

The continued partnership will focus on well-located logistics, warehouse and light industrial properties, primarily in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area and surrounding municipalities. It builds on UrbanLight, a company established in 2023 with the backing of Alma Property Partners III.

The two properties, located at Ritakuja 1 in Vantaa and Majavantie 10 in Tuusula, were acquired in July 2026.

Ritakuja 1 comprises approximately 3,000 sqm of light industrial space on a substantial 14,600 sqm site with further development potential. Majavantie 10 is located in Sula, a rapidly developing commercial and industrial area in Tuusula.

“We are very pleased to continue UrbanLight with Alma. The two initial acquisitions provide a strong foundation. The properties are well located and offer attractive opportunities for active asset management and further development. The Tuusula asset strongly supports our target of acquiring or developing modern and energy-efficient buildings. We will continue building the portfolio through additional acquisitions,” says Mikko Haapalainen, Founding Partner at Alea Partners.

“The new partnership is a natural continuation of our successful UrbanLight collaboration with Alea. We continue to see attractive opportunities in the Finnish logistics and light industrial market, particularly in well-located properties where local sourcing capabilities, active ownership and targeted development efforts will create long-term value. We look forward to growing the portfolio together,” says Robert Landtman, Partner at Alma Property Partners.

The joint venture is actively pursuing further investment opportunities across the Greater Helsinki region and is currently evaluating several potential acquisitions.
